ANGEL WINGS YOU WEAR...♥ღ♥


The day you left broke our hearts
and the tears fell like rain,
but knowing that you now have wings
helps to ease the pain.

We know now when the snow falls
it is Angel dust from you
and when we see a shooting star
our Angel just passed through.
♥ღ♥

The rain drops do not make us sad
for they are not tears,
but sprinkles of love falling down,
our Angel again is near.

The winter cold has even changed,
Jack Frost no longer exists,
it's now a visit from our Angel
and he's left a special gift.

You also visit in the night,
your wings flutter with grace,
we know now when we awaken
that an Angel has kissed our face.

and the sun shines from above,

HOW DOES IT FEEL? WHATS IT LIKE?

IT'S LIKE:
A hole with no bottom
A hill with no top
A road with no bend
A night with no end.

It's as if its not happened
It's as if its not true
Its' as if its a dream
Yet a numbness seeps through.

There's a feeling of emptiness
A gap to be filled
There's a feeling of loneliness
That cannot be filled.

They say time"s a healer
How long will it take?
I cant see it ending
It's a permanent ache.

Life as no meaning
Yet it as to go on
I find it so hard
I feel so alone.

No one will ever know
The depth of my sorrow
I just have to trust
There'll be a better tomorrow.

May god give me strength
To keep on going
To get through this pain
To feel real again.

I'll never get over it
Of that I am sure
But I'll give time a chance
And hope for a cure.

Look for me in springtime
As raindrops fill the air
In the splendour of the rainbow
You’ll find my presence there.

You will find me in the fragrance
Of April’s sweet perfume
Drifting through the clover
On a sultry day in June.

An August day will find me
Upon the summer breeze
On the distant sound of the thunder
In the gently swaying trees.

In the golden fields of harvest
Is where I can be found.
As autumn time approaches
And leaves comes tumbling down

In the wintertime when days are short
And chill is in the air
Just look into a moonlit night
You’ll find me lingering there.

When the setting sun has gone away
And shadows fill the night
When the cloak of darkness lifts its veil
I’ll be your morning light.

So when you feel discouraged
And at night to God you pray
You’ll feel me there beside you
I’m just a breath away.
